Creating a culture of collaboration
Founded in 2002, Canter is a commercial interior firm that supplies office furniture, healthcare furniture, educational furniture, fixed seating and architectural wall solutions for applications throughout Colorado, Wyoming and Utah. The firm capitalizes on founder Carl Canter’s more than 16 years of experience in the commercial furniture and interior business. Under his guidance, the firm has become a top 10 revenue sales agency in Denver for KI, as well as the furniture maker’s Western Region Representative Group of the Year.
Dedicated to excellent service and to the uncompromised improvement of interior environments, Canter delivers and installs solutions that work best for your space. We have developed a partnership with Modular Interiors, Colorado and Utah’s premier modular office furniture installation company. We can call on the resources of up to 30 installers for complete relocations accomplished within 12 months.
Canter has grown by more than 2.5 times since its inception. This growth has helped us implement a variety of new systems that help projects run smoother while keeping our customers better informed. We use ServiceCEO, a project-based application for field service management that facilitates organized tracking, reporting, payment and account information for each job. We also rely on modern communication vehicles to collaborate with our customers as effectively as possible. Our customer microsites provide easy online access to product information, project tracking and a variety of job status reports.
Canter’s growth and success haven’t come by accident. We manage every project with a clearly defined set of processes that ensure that all parties are on the same page. We measure milestones for accuracy, strengths and deltas, and then make adjustments accordingly. Since our first days in business, everything has been designed with the customer in mind. Ultimately, the company has been built on the foundation of service, customization and quality. At Canter, there are no substitutes for these principles.
