The 500,000-square-foot glass-clad building in downtown Denver offers LEED Platinum design and a next generation business environment, utilizing innovative advanced air flow and lighting systems. The 22-story building is the headquarters for Xcel Energy who utilizes over 3 miles of KI’s Genius Architectural Walls that are moved and reconfigured as needed.
